I offer individualized sessions combining Drama Therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help you with your goals. Sometimes conversations will be completely verbal, other times you will be trying on different characters. I offer a non-confrontational and non-judgmental space so that you can feel free to express yourself. It is my mission to ensure you feel understood.

Group Therapy is an excellent choice for those looking to find community and a safe space to release emotions in a mutually nurturing atmosphere. Highly recommended for clients who experience social anxiety, isolation, or find relationships challenging.

Play Therapy for Children
I utilize therapeutic play and creative activities to help children express themselves and navigate emotional challenges. Specifically, my practice involves helping children learn to appreciate limits, take responsibility for their actions, and build their self-esteem. If you have a child that feels isolated, has experienced trauma, or finds it challenging to follow rules and limits, please reach out.

Couples Counselling
Work with your partner to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your relationship. I use the Needs Acquisition and Behavioural Change model (Needs ABC) championed by Tom Caplan from the Montreal Anger Management Centre.

If you are not interested in receiving mental health counselling but wish to learn how to practice meditation, then this service is catered to you. Learn mindfulness techniques to promote self-awareness, reduce stress, and cultivate emotional balance.
